Necessary
documents for registration of branch or representative office
of the foreign companies or institutes
1- " Subsidiary Foreign
Companies Registration Form" completed in Farsi, in two copies and
duly signed by authorized representative of the original or its
attorney.
2- The " Letter of
Authorization" of the representative of the company or institute in
Iran, which legally certified and duly sealed by the Consulate
Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the country where the
original company registered.
It is necessary to mention
that, the directors and the representatives who are authorized
should accept their positions in writing at the bottom of the Letter
of Authorization and if it is in any language than Farsi in addition
to its original copy duly certified its official translation in
Farsi should be submitted too.
3-Certified photocopies of the
Registration Form of the main company or institute in the original
country, duly attested by the Consulate Mission of the Islamic
Republic of Iran in that country, attached with its official Farsi
Version.
4- Certified Copy of the
Articles of Association of the company or institute in the original
country duly attested by the Consulate Mission of the Islamic
Republic of Iran in that Country attached with its official Farsi
Version.
5- Copy of the Economic
Activity Permit in the name f the branch or representative of the
original company or institute issued by the Department of Economic
Affairs (After submission of all the documents had of the branch or
representative office of the foreign company will be
introduced to receive Economic Activity Permit).
6- Photocopy of the Identity
Card or photocopy of the passport pages of the representative which
having the company authorization.
7-The original or certified
copy of the Power of Attorney if the Application Form is completed
and submitted by the attorney of the original company or institute.
8- Payment of the Registration
Fees and expenses for publication of the advertisement of the branch
or representative office in Kish free Zone Island.
9-Latest Balance Sheet of the
Original company, if it is determined by the Articles of the
original company or according ti the relevant laws of the country
where the original company is registered attached with its official
version.
Reminder:
The documents should be
typewritten as far as possible; in the event that the document have
been hand written then the writing should be clearly legible and
written by one person only, without any additions, corrections and
the use of correcting fluid or tape.
